  1. Shipping Options

a. Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)

We offer a Standard Shipping (Flat Rate) option for all sales channels and Print Providers. The delivery time for Standard Shipping will vary depending on the destination.

b. Priority Shipping (Upgrade)

Customers may choose to upgrade their orders to Priority Shipping for an additional charge. This option is available for both domestic and international shipments.

  1. Shipping Times

a. Domestic Priority Shipping

For domestic orders within the United States, Priority Shipping will take 2-3 business days, excluding the standard production time of 2-7 business days.

b. International Priority Shipping

For international orders, Priority Shipping will take 3-5 business days, excluding the standard production time of 2-7 business days.

Please note that the shipping times listed above are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors.

  1. Production Time

All orders are subject to a standard production time of 2-7 business days. This time is required for our Print Providers to prepare and process your order before shipping.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Upgrading to Priority Shipping will incur an additional charge, which will also be calculated at checkout.

  1. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs and import duties, depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be levied upon delivery.

  1. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to track your order and get an estimated delivery date.

  1. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been processed for shipping.

  1. Refund Policy

a. No Refunds Except for Damaged Items

We do not offer refunds on orders, except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt. In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must follow the procedure outlined in section 8(b) below.

b. Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, you must take the following steps within 30 days of delivery:

i. Take clear photographs of the damaged item(s). If there are multiple items with damage, take separate photographs of each item, clearly showing the damage on each item.

ii. Contact our customer service team and provide them with the photographs, along with a brief description of the issue and your order number.

Upon receiving your report and verifying the damage, our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your refund request.
