Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Bigger Than Life for your custom products. We strive to provide you with high-quality items that meet your expectations. However, if you need to exchange any of the following custom products - Custom Backpack, Custom T-Shirt, Custom Drawstring Bag, or Vibrant Visions Custom Duffle Bag - please review our exchange policy below:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Exchanges are only available for custom products purchased directly from Bigger Than Life.
    • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
    • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
  2. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team either by phone or email. Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
    • Once you receive the RMA number, carefully package the item(s) to be exchanged, including all original packaging materials.
    • Include a note inside the package with the RMA number, your contact information, and the desired size or design for the exchange.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
  3. Exchange Conditions:

    • If the desired size or design for the exchange is available, we will ship the new item(s) to you.
    • If the desired size or design is not available, we will provide you with alternatives or issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s).
    • The customer is responsible for any price differences in the exchanged item(s).
    • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, defective item), we will cover all exchange-related expenses.
  4. Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Custom products with personalized names, images, or text specific to an individual are not eligible for exchange unless there is an error on our part.
    • Products that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alterations by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
