**Custom Products:**

Our range, including the Custom Backpack, Custom T-Shirt, Custom Drawstring Bag, and Vibrant Visions Custom Duffle Bag, is made to your specifications. As such, they are unique and cannot be resold or reused. Our refund guidelines for custom products are as follows:

a. **Defective or Damaged Products:** If your custom product arrives defective or damaged, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the issue for verification. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

b. **Incorrect Personalization:** If there is an error in personalization (like a misspelled name or incorrect image), inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will organize a replacement or refund based on your choice.

c. **Design or Color Discrepancies:** Differences in color or design due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes are expected. Refunds for slight discrepancies are not provided unless the difference significantly deviates from your approved design proof.

**Non-Customized Products:**

For non-customized items purchased alongside custom products, our standard return policy applies. Please consult our general refund policy for non-customized products for more details.

**30-Day Return Window:**

We now offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. To initiate a return:

a. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the item, stating your reason for the return and providing any necessary documentation or photographs.

b. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.

c. Return the product in its original condition, with all packaging materials, tags, and accessories, following the instructions from our customer support team.

d. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.


The following are not eligible for refunds:

a. Changes in personal preference after customization.

b. Customer-provided information errors during ordering.

c. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-inflicted damage.

d. Used, washed, or altered products.
